甲状腺乳头状癌组织学变型中ERα亚型和VEGF的表达 被引量:2

Expression of ERα and VEGF in Different Histopathological Variants in Patients of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨雌激素受体α亚型(ERα)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在人甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)各组织学变型中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对59例PTC、56例甲状腺腺瘤和30例正常甲状腺组织中的ERα和VEGF的表达进行检测。结果:ERα在PTC、甲状腺腺瘤和正常甲状腺中的阳性表达率分别为83.05%、58.93%和30.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.516,P<0.01);VEGF在PTC和甲状腺腺瘤中的阳性表达率分别为64.41%和39.29%,而在正常甲状腺中无表达,3组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.187,P<0.01)。淋巴结转移率较高的高细胞型和弥漫硬化型PTC中ERα和VEGF的阳性表达较高,而淋巴结转移率较低的乳头状微癌中两者表达较低。在PTC中ERα和VEGF的表达呈正相关(rs=0.514,P=0.033)。结论:ERα对甲状腺滤泡上皮的增生和分化以及甲状腺肿瘤的血管生成均有促进作用,其过度表达与甲状腺癌的发生和发展有关系。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expressions of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) and vascular epithelial growth factor (VEGF) in different histopathological variants in patients of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods: The expressions of ERα and VEGF were examined by SP immunohistochemistry in 59 cases of PTC, 56 cases of thyroid adenoma and 30 cases of normal thyroid tissues. Results:The positive expression rates of ERα were 83.05%, 58.93% and 30.00% in cases with PTC, thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue respectively. There was significant difference between PTC,adenoma and normal thyroid tissue (χ2 = 24.516, P 0.01). The positive expression rates of VEGF were 64.41%, 39.29% and 0 in cases with PTC, thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissues respectively. There was significant difference between PTC,adenoma and normal thyroid tissues (χ2 = 34.187, P 0.01). There were higher rates of positive expression in ERα and VEGF in PTC with lymph node metastasis, but lower rates of them in PTC without lymph node metastasis. The ERα expression was positively correlated with the VEGF expression in PTC (rs = 0.514,P = 0.033). Conclusion:The ERα may stimulate proliferation and promote differentiation of the thyroid epithelial cells. The up regulation of ERα may involve in the angiogenesis and development of PTC.
