踝肱指数与彩色多普勒超声评估糖尿病下肢缺血的价值 被引量:5

摘要 周围动脉病变(PAD)是糖尿病(DM)的严重慢性并发症之一,严重影响DM患者的生存质量。血管彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)检查及外周血管测压检查具有无创、安全、简便、价廉等特点,适用于下肢缺血的筛查。
