新辅助化疗对晚期宫颈癌血管VEGF mRNA表达的影响 被引量:9

Influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA in locally advanced cervical cancer

摘要 目的:探讨新辅助化疗子宫动脉置管与静脉全身化疗不同给药途径对局部晚期宫颈癌患者血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)mRNA表达的影响及其临床意义。方法:应用实时定量PCR方法检测43例局部晚期宫颈癌患者子宫动脉置管(观察组23例)与静脉全身化疗(对照组20例)后癌组织的VEGF mRNA表达,评定化疗近期效果。结果:2种方法治疗晚期宫颈癌临床缓解率相似,子宫动脉置管可明显减少化疗引起骨髓抑制和肝功能损害,化疗后宫颈癌组织VEGF mRNA表达较静脉全身化疗明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:术前子宫动脉置管化疗可降低宫颈癌组织VEGF mRNA的表达,减少化疗不良反应。 Objective To study the influence of uterine artery intervention and peripheral intravenous chemotherapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA in the locally advanced cervical cancer tissues and the clinical significance.Methods The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA was detected with quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction technique in locally advanced cervical cancer tissues after uterine artery intervention in 23 cases(observation group) and peripheral intravenous chemotherapy in 20 cases(control group).The short-term effect of chemotherapy was assessed.Results Uterine artery intervention had similar clinical remission rate with peripheral intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer tissues,and reduced bone marrow suppression and liver damage due to chemotherapy.The level of vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA expression was significantly lower in locally advanced cervical cancer tissues after uterine artery intervention than that after peripheral intravenous chemotherapy(P〈0.05).Conclusion Interventional chemotherapy can effectively reduce the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA in locally advanced cervical cancer tissues,and reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
