摘要
目的评价Sky型膨胀式椎体成形器治疗疼痛性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法对疼痛性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者35例(40椎)应用Sky型膨胀式椎体成形器对病椎进行扩张,并用骨水泥填充,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)及Stauffer—Coventry(SC)评定术后疗效。结果本组病例手术均获得成功,椎管内硬膜外渗漏1例,椎间盘渗漏2例,椎弓根穿刺针道渗漏1例,均未引起严重的神经症状及肺栓塞等致命并发症,VAS由术前(7.6±0.6)降到术后(3.1±0.3),随访6个月时为(2.1±0.4),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。临床效果SC评分:优21例,良11例,可3例,优良率91.4%(32/35例)。结论Sky型膨胀式椎体成形器手术创伤小、手术时间短,可迅速有效地缓解疼痛,远期疗效可靠,具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sky type bone expander system in the treatment of painful osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods Thirty-five patients (40 vertebrae) with painful osteoporotie vertebral compression fracture were treated by vertebral body balloon-type expander to expand the diseased vertebrae,and fill with bone cement. The effects were assessed with VAS and Stauffer-Coventry (SC) before and after the surgery. Results The opera- tions were all successful, spinal epidural leakage in 1 case, disc leakage in 2 cases, pedicle needle channel leakage in 1 cage, but there were no neurological complications. Clinical effects of SC score were excellent in 21 cases, good in 11 cases, rates of excellent and good in 91.4% (32/35 cases). Conclusion The Sky type bone expander system has the advantages of micro-invasive and short operation time. It can be quickly and effectively relieve pain, with long-term and reliable effects.
