Analysis of analgesics used in Lu Jia-zui Community Health Service Center in Shanghai

目的调查上海市浦东新区陆家嘴社区卫生服务中心镇痛药的应用现状和趋势。方法对2008年1月至2010年12月本中心镇痛用药金额、用药频度、处方开具科室和诊断等进行统计、分析。结果镇痛用药金额、用药频度均逐年增加，阿片类制剂在社区使用率低，四肢骨关节病是社区卫生服务中心使用镇痛药的主要疾病。结论非甾体抗炎药的应用逐年增多，应关注合理使用及其不良反应。、

Objective To investigate the tendency and clinical application of analgesics in Lu Jia-zui Community Health Service Center in Shanghai. Methods Analgesics usage in Lu Jia-zui Community Health Service Center from January 2008 to December 2010 was analyzed, including cost, frequencies,prescriptions,departments and diagnoses. Results The cost and frequency of anal gesics usage increased year by year＂ The frequency of morphine usage was very low. Osteoarthropa- thy was the major disease of analgesics used in Community Health Service Center. Conclusion The usage of NSAID is increasing year by year. Attention should be paid to its reasonable application and adverse reactions.
