摘要
运用文献资料法和实验法,把体育方法学中的运动负荷价值阈理论移植到体育教学中,并对运动负荷价值阈的健身原理、作用。
The theory of work load value threshold in sports methodology was transplanted into physical education teaching by methods of documentation and experimentation. The body building principle, function, application and points for attention of work load value threshold were approached.
