让学生主动地生动活泼地进行体育学习是发展学生主体性、创造性与培养学生终身体育意识、情感及能力的需要。为此,必须深刻理解其内涵,创建一个和谐平等的师生关系,让学生有选择地进行体育学习,留给学生必要的自主学习的时间,为学生的创造性学习构建舞台,多运用用激励性教学评价,引进柔性管理原则。

To make students study physical education on their own initiative, vividly and vigorously is the needs to develop the students' subject consciousness, creativeness and to cultivate the students' idea, emotion and ability to go in for lifelong physical education. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply understand their connotation and to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students on an equal basis. The students must study physical education selectively and must have enough time to study on their own. An arena must be built for students to study creatively. More inspiring teaching evaluations should be used. Flexible administration principles should be introduced and cooperative study should be developed.
