加强污染防治再造青山碧水——关于郴州“十二·五”期间污水处理和垃圾无害化处理设施规划建设的思考

由于城乡污水处理和垃圾无害化处理设施配套建设滞后,郴州市域主要河湖水系污染严重。"十二.五"期间,郴州将加强污水处理设施和垃圾无害化处理设施建设,要建立中心城区、县城、重点镇和水源地小城镇四级污水处理设施体系,要建立"户分类、村收集、乡清运、县处理"的垃圾无害化处理体系,重点建设服务乡镇和村庄的垃圾无害化处理设施。要通过政府引导、市场运作,企业化经营管理,确保污水处理和垃圾无害化处理设施的有效运行和可持续发展。

Five＂ period,Chenzhou will strengthen the sewage treatment facilities and garbage treatment facilities,to establish a central city,county,town and water to focus on four sewage treatment facilities in small towns systems,to establish a ＂household classification village collection,village removal,the county processing＂ garbage treatment system,the key construction services to towns and villages in garbage treatment facilities.Through government guidance and market operation,enterprise management,and ensure that the sewage treatment and garbage treatment facilities for the effective operation and sustainable development.
