康莱特对老年肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞及亚群CD28表达的影响

Effects of Kanglaite injection on expression of CD28 of T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood in elderly patients with lung cancer

目的探讨康莱特注射液对老年肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞及亚群CD28表达的影响。方法 49例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为化疗加康莱特注射液治疗组(A组,25例)和单纯化疗组(B组,24例)。化疗方案采用吉西他滨+顺铂,A组加用康莱特注射液200 ml/d静脉滴入,连用21 d。治疗2个周期评价疗效。用流式细胞术检测治疗前后T淋巴细胞及亚群CD28分子表达。结果 A组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-无明显变化(P>0.05);与治疗前及A组比较,B组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+降低,CD8+CD28-升高(P<0.05)。结论康莱特可能通过影响T淋巴细胞及亚群,尤其是CD8+CD28+表达调节机体细胞免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of Kanglaite injection on expression of T-lymphocytes and CD28 in peripheral blood in elder patients with lung cancer.Metheds Forty-nine elder patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups of A（25 patients,treated with chemotherapy plus Kanglaite injection 200ml/d and B（24 cases,treated with chemotherapy alone）.The chemotherapy scheme was gemzar plus cisplation.Kanglaite injection 200 ml/d was used in group A for consecutive 21 days.The curative effects were evaluated after treated for two cycles.Fluorescent flow cytometry was used to analyze the percentages of T-lymphocyts and T cell subsets in peripheral blood.Results The levels of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD8^＋CD28^＋ and CD8^＋CD28^-in group A were not significantly different between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Compared with before and group A,the expressions of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD8^＋CD28^＋ decreased,but CD8^＋CD28^-expression increased after treatment in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kanglaite injection regulates organism immunologic function possibly through affecting the expressions of T-lymphocyte and its subgroups,especially CD8^＋CD28^＋ cells.
