摘要 实习是学生接触社会,强化服务意识,确立专业情感和态度的重要阶段。临床实习的质量主要受教师教学行为的影响。护理临床教师的有效教学行为包括护理能力、教学能力、评价、个性特质、人际关系等行为。为了提升本科护理学生实习质量.
