摘要患者女性,37岁,因右侧胸痛5 d于2009年12月18日入院。患者5 d前无明显诱因突然出现右侧阵发性胸痛。无咳嗽咳痰,无咯血。入院体检：体温36.8℃,脉搏79次/分,呼吸18次/分,血压114/80 mm Hg。神志清楚,全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。胸廓对称无畸形,胸廓扩张度两侧对称,语颤无增强,无胸膜摩擦感,右侧压痛（一）。
