秦巴山区宁强试验点0～14岁儿童蛋白质营养状况

Research for protein nutrition status of mentally retarded children in Ningqiang trial station of Qinba mountain area

对３８名精神发育迟滞儿童，４４名边缘型儿童和４７名正常儿童的血清总蛋白和白蛋白进行测定。结果表明，弱智儿童的血清总蛋白和白蛋白值均低于边缘型和正常儿童，但无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），弱智儿童蛋白质营养不良，其发病率（３８．８％）高于边缘型（３２．８％）和正常型（２８．０％），并探讨了蛋白质营养不良的病因。

Serum total protein and albumin were determined for 38 mentally retarded children, 44 border line mentally retarded children and 47 mentally normal children. The results demonstrated that total protein and albumin level of mentally retarded was less than the other two groups and the rate of protein malnutrition in these children was more than the other two groups, but results had no significant difference. The reason of protein malnutrition had been discussed.
