颈前路融合术后邻近节段骨折脱位一例

摘要 自19世纪50年代以来，颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术已经成为治疗颈椎疾患的经典术式。随着融合节段的增多及随访时间的延长，融合导致的邻近节段退变也逐渐引起了脊柱外科医师的重视。创伤导致邻近1～2个节段骨折脱位仅有2例，骨折脱位发生在融合节段本身水平仅有1例。
