煅烧对羟基磷灰石微球孔隙特征的影响

摘要 研究煅烧温度和保温时间对羟基磷灰石微球孔隙特征的影响,分别用比表面积-孔隙率分析仪,扫描电镜对其孔隙特征进行表征。结果表明,随煅烧温度增加,羟基磷灰石微球的孔径尺寸逐渐增加,但孔体积逐渐降低;当煅烧温度为500℃时,孔径尺寸随着保温时间的增加而呈现逐渐增大的趋势,而孔体积则有降低趋势,但是总体变化不大。 Effect of calcining temperature and holding time on the porous characteristics of hydroxyapatite microspheres was studied.The pore morphology,pore size,total pore volume and pore size distribution were characterized by specific surface area-pore size analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results indicate that with the increase of calcining temperature,the pore size increased and the total pore volume decreased.When the samples were calcined at the temperature of 500 ℃,no obvious changes are found with slight increase of the pore size and decrease of the total pore volume.
