在玉树灾后重建中营造高原藏乡城市滨水景观

Creating the Urban Waterfront Landscape of the Plateau Tibetan Village in the Post-disaster Rebuilding of Yushu

玉树两河景观规划以促进玉树灾后恢复重建、体现玉树自然文化特色为出发点,制定了"融合多样功能,突出藏乡特色,延续历史文脉,关注民生权益"的核心对策,指导两河滨水景观规划编制工作。通过对玉树两河滨水景观带规划的总结,进一步提出城市滨水景观规划应统筹滨水景观地区、展现历史人文特色、尊重自然生态环境、平衡经济社会效益,为今后类似规划建设工作提供参考借鉴。

With the starting point to promote the post-disaster recovery and rebuilding of Yushu and reflect the natural and cultural characteristics of Yushu,the core strategy of ＂integrating diverse functions,highlighting the Tibetan features,continuing the historical cultural context,and paying attention to people＇s livelihood＂ is made in the Yushu two-river landscape planning to guide the two-river waterfront landscape plan preparation.Through the summary of the Yushu two-river waterfront landscape belt planning,it is proposed to coordinate the waterfront areas,show the historical and cultural characteristics,respect the natural eco-environment,and balance economic and social benefits in urban waterfront landscape planning,which could be reference for similar planning in the future.
