随着广东电信MBOSS集中工程项目上线，2011年广东电信企业信息化工作主题是“数据价值提升年”，工作重点是深化针对性营销维系、本地网数据应用、竞争分析、客服质量分析应用、全网数据分析等应用，加强数据整合，全省数据统一后，数据应用成为一个关注的焦点。本文探讨数据集中后如何发挥数据挖掘、应用支撑。
