摘要
当今社会随着医疗信息系统需求的不断更新，跨区域的电子医疗文档的传输问题越来越制约医疗信息系统的发展，本文阐述医疗文档如何利用HL7-CDA标准建立一套适合医疗健康档案远程共享的技术模式，该模式使区域大医院和社区医疗基础健康档案进行数据共享以及医疗资源共享变成可能。
As the requirement for medical information systems changes,their development is restricted by the way in which electronic medical documents are transferred.This article describes how to apply the HL7-CDA standard to create a suitable program model for sharing medical documents.This model allows a central hospital to share medical data and documents with medical clinics in the community.
