摘要
目的:观察虎金丸的抗肝纤维化作用及对肝纤维化的免疫组化和超微结构的影响。方法:采用CCl4 后腿皮下注射致大鼠肝纤维化模型。结果:模型组大鼠病理片呈肝纤维化变,FSC增生活跃,有较大量的IV型胶原沉积。超微结构可见大量的胶原纤维生成和成纤维细胞。结论:虎金丸能明显改善上述组织形态学的变化,抑制肝纤维化的形成,改善肝细胞的超微结构。
Aim:To observe the effect of Hujin pills on anti-hepaticfibrosis, immunohistochemical pathological change and ultrastrcture in rat livers. Methods: Carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4) hypodermic injection was used to reproduce the fibrosis liver of rats, and the immunohistochemical and Ultrastructrural effects of Hujin pills were observed. Results:The pathological sections of the non-treated rat liver appeared fibrosis, and FSC proliferated actively and a large number IV-collagens deposited in the rat liver. It could also be observed that a great quantity of collagerous fibers were produced and many FSC turned to the fibroblast. Conclusion: Hujin pills could remarkably lessen the above steatosis degree, inhibit FSC proliferation and activation ,and almost regain the normal structure of hepatocytes.
