下肢任务导向性训练对慢性期脑卒中患者步行能力的影响 被引量:42

摘要 步行功能障碍是影响脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的重要因素。国外文献研究显示,慢性期脑卒中患者步行功能障碍发生率约为21%,有资料表明,发生摔倒的成人中以脑卒中偏瘫患者比例最高,在回归社区生活的脑卒中患者中跌倒发生比例为37.5%-73%,
