摘要 肿瘤可以认为是一种基因疾病,其中癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活是肿瘤发生、发展过程中最为关键的环节之一。近年来,一个新的抑癌基因LKB1,又名STK11(serine threonine protein kinase11),在肿瘤中的作用引起了越来越多的关注。
