Polymorphisms of the gene interleukin-28B and the hepatitis C virus clearance

宿主因素在HCV自发清除或治疗诱导清除的过程中都发挥着重要作用。有证据表明，编码IFNλ3的IL-28B基因多态性和HCV的清除有关，IL-28B基因亚型和其他因素皆可预测聚乙二醇IFNa联合利巴韦林的抗病毒疗效。此文针对IL-28B基因多态性与HCV的清除、IFN入生物学特性及其临床意义作了综述。

Treatment-induced control and spontaneous clearance of HCV are affected by various of host factors. The polymorphisms of the gene IL-28B which is implicating the gene product IFN λ3 are associated with HCV clearance. The IL-28B genotype can be considered, along with other factors, in predicting patient responses to therapy with Peg-IFN a and ribavirin. The genetic studies that uncovered the association between IL-28B and HCV clearance, the biology of IFN λ3, the clinical implications of the genetic association are reviewed.
