坐骨神经生后发育过程中CNTF基因表达的研究

The study of the CNTF gene expression in the sciatic nerve during development after rat birth

目的 观察大鼠生长发育过程中外周神经组织CNTF基因表达的变化.方法 采用RT-PCR的方法,半定量分析正常大鼠坐骨神经发育过程中CNTF mRNA表达量.结果 正常大鼠生后仅1d,其坐骨神经中即可见CNTF mRNA表达,但表达量较低;出生14d后,表达量明显增加;30d时表达量达高峰,60d时的表达量稍有下降趋势.结论 大鼠出生后其坐骨神经中CNTF基因表达量随着周围神经的发育过程而有相应的变化.提示CNTF在周围神经生后发育过程中具有重要作用.

Objective To observe the expression of Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor( CNTF) gene in the sciatic nerve during development after the rat birth.Methods Using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)methods,as a hemiquantity assay,the mRNA expression levels of CNTF in the sciatic nerve during development of rat were investigated. Results The mRNA expression of CNTF in sciatic nerve appeared with a lower level in the 1st day after rat birth;It increased significantly on the 14th days;The mRNA expression level of CNTF reached the pear on the 30th days;And it began to decrease on the 60th days. Conclusion The expression levels of CNTF gene possess the changeable character during sciatic nerve development after rat birth. It suggested that the CNTF may lay an important role in the peripheral nerve development after birth.
