小儿腭裂修复术全麻诱导期发生支气管痉挛1例

摘要 1病例介绍患儿，男，23个月，12kg，母乳喂养，因“先天性腭裂”入住本院口腔科拟行腭裂整复术。术前访视：营养发育中等；张口度正常；家长否认患儿食物及药物过敏史。患儿入院后第二日发生上呼吸道感染，常规消炎止咳治疗。术前生化检查单核细胞数12％，
