摘要
介绍了一种以80C51单片机为核心的多路数据采集系统。该监测系统主要是利用传感器采集到模拟的环境信号,然后将信号通过ADC0809进行模/数转化,然后送入单片机系统进行存储、处理,再经TC35i模块传输给PC显示以达到调用、分析、报警、监督和控制生产的目的。文中给出了实验测得的温度数据和相关分析,证实了系统的可用性。该系统硬件电路简单,实时性很强,所用的远程数据采集原理特别适用于小流量数据的采集和频繁传送,具有很高的应用价值。
This test Introduces a multi-channel data acquisition system whose core is 80C51 SCM.This temperature monitoring system mainly collect the signal by using sensors,and send the signal to ADC0809 for A/D transformation,then store the digit signal in the 80C51 SCM,finally the signal is transferred to PC by TC35i module to achieve the function of calling,analysising and reporting.This paper gives the experimentally measured temperature data and related analysis,confirming the system's availability.The hardware circuit is simple and real-time strongly,especially useing for low flow and frequent transmission of data collection,with a high application value.
