摘要
由于在恶劣环境下进行的实时动态测试存在误差大、精度低、系统受环境影响严重等缺陷,本文提出一种基于SOPC(片上系统)的数据记录仪的实现方式。重点研究基于FPGA的嵌入式数据采集系统的控制电路、数字信号处理模块、信号的显示模块以及接口电路的设计。这样可以将一个数据采集系统做成一个灵活完整的可编程片上系统SOPC,由于将大部分器件集成到FPGA中,数据传输过程全在FPGA内部进行,这样能避免环境对数据采集过程的影响。与以前的专用集成电路(ASIC)相比SOPC具有更大的灵活性,基于SOPC的设计可以充分满足数据采集器高可靠性、灵活性、前端智能化的要求。
As the defect of greater inaccuracy,low precision,the severe effect of system in hostile environment.We design a way of data recorder based on SOPC.And emphasize on the control circuit of data acquisition of embedded chips,digital signal processing module,the display module and the design of interface circuit,which can make the data acquisition system flexible and complete.The most integration devices to FPGA and data transition in the inner of FPGA,which avoid the influence of environment on the process of data acquisition.Compare to the previous Application Specific Integrated Circuit(ASIC),the design based on SOPC display more flexible and fully satisfies the demand of data acquisition unit.
