摘要
目前PLC已广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域,在现代化建设中发挥了重要作用。在PLC的实际应用中,人们需要对其工作状态进行实时监控,对不符合要求的参数进行及时修改,以提高产品的质量。因此上位机与PLC之间的通讯显得十分重要。本文首先介绍PLC的组成结构以及其工作的原理和工作过程。随后本文重点介绍日本三菱公司开发的FX-232AW模块用于FX2系列PLC与计算机之间通信的硬件接线。串口通信程序设计基于VC++6.0来实现,其中为了编程方便使用了微软公司提供的串行通信编程的ActiveX控件。
Now PLC is widely used in the industry control fields and takes an important part in the modern construction.In the using of the PLC,people need to watch and control its working state and amend the parameters which are not accord with request to improve the quality of products.So the communication between host computer with PLC is becoming very important.At the beginning,This paper introduce the structure of common PLC and its principal and process of operation.This paper is mainly introduce the hardware connection between PLC in series FX2 and computer use FX-232AW which is the product by Mitsubishi.A part of communication program based on VC＋＋6.0 is presented,and use the serial communications control ActiveX applied by MicroSoft company.
