酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性与2型糖尿病关系的研究

摘要 目的:探讨酪氨酸蛋白激酶(TPK) 的活性与2 型糖尿病之间的关系,并对影响TPK 活性的因素作初步研究。方法:以Poly(Glu,Tyr)4∶1 为底物,用放射性核素磷(32P)标记的方法来测定正常人及2型糖尿病患者淋巴细胞膜上TPK 的活性。结果:2 型糖尿病患者TPK活性有显著下降,Mn2 + 、Mg2 + 和ATP的加入均能提高正常人TPK活性。结论:2 Objective:The purpose of the research was to determine the activity of tyrosine protein kinase(TPK) in human peripheral blood lymphocyte membrane of healthy people and patients with noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM), and to study preliminarily the factors which affected the property of TPK.Methods: 32 P labeling method was used, with Poly(Glu,Tyr)4∶1 as substance. Results:the activity of TPK of patients greatly descended in comparison with healthy people. Mn 2+ ,Mg 2+ and ATP improve the activity of TPK of healthy people.Conclusion:NIDDM is related to the defect of TPK.
