摘要
凝聚力是反映一个群体成员之间相互吸引和对群体成员身份予以重视的程度,是组织中全体成员意志和行为扩张性的有机重组和升华。凝聚力的培养是创建一个团结向上的班集体的前提,是辅导员工作的重要内容。班级目标、班级"核心"人物、班级成员心理的满意程度、对利益的认识因素、班级内冲突的解决方式等均对班级凝聚力产生影响。因此可从确立班级目标、建设学生干部队伍、开展集体活动等方面提高学生班级凝聚力。
Cohesion reflects the degree of attraction and emphasis on members' identity in a class.It is an organic recombination and sublimation of will and expansionary behavior for all the members.The cultivation of cohesion is the premise to create a uniform and positive class.It is also an important content for counselor's work.Class's target,core people of class,degree of members' psychological satisfaction,cognition for interest,solving conflict between members of class,etc may influence the cohesion of members.So we can improve the cohesion in classes of traditional Chinese medicine universities by establishing the goal of class,constructing students' cadres and holding collective activities,etc.
