MODELING STUDY AND DYNAMIC ANALYSIS UNDER SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS FOR A PEMFC STACK

摘要 以包括冷却液通道、阴/阳极气体通道、MEA等4个控制体的PEMFC单池模型为基础,引入了与单池位置相关的反应气压力、水含量和温度的数学描述方法,建立了一种可以体现单池性能差异性的半机理半经验电堆动态模型。在此模型基础上,详细分析了电堆内重要物理量(温度、水含量和输出电压等)在特殊运行工况下(如启动、制动和怠速等)的动态特性。 Based on the model of a single PEMFC that includes four control volumes, i.e. cooling channel, anode/ cathode gas channel, MEA and so on, a mathematical method was introduced to describe reactants pressure, water content and temperature which were related with the cell position, and furthermore, a semi-empire dynamical stack model was developed to demonstrate performance differences among single cells. According to the model, dynamic characters of some important physical quantities of the stack ( include temperature, water content, voltage, etc. ) under special working conditions (such as start-up, braking, and idle conditions, etc. ) were analyzed in detail.
