Comparison of two methods of neonatal BCG intradermal injection

目的 比较新生儿卡介苗皮内注射两种方法的成功率.方法 236例符合接种条件的新生儿随机分成两组,观察组113例采用改进皮内注射手法接种卡介苗,对照组123例采用常规皮内注射法接种卡介苗,比较两组的接种效果.结果 观察组卡介苗皮内注射首次成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（Х^2=4.3148,P＜0.05）.结论 改进皮内注射法应用于新生儿卡介苗皮内注射,具有不漏液、不渗液、皮丘大小符合接种要求、接种成功率高的优点.

Objective To compare the success rate of two methods of neonatal BCG intradermal injection.Methods 236 cases of neonatal inoculation conditions were randomly divided into two groups,observed group of 113 cases using the improved technique of intradermal injection of BCG vaccine,in the control group of 123 patients with conventional intradermal injection of BCG vaccine. The inoculation effect was compared between the two groups.Results BCG injection success rate of the observed group was significantly higher than that of the control group （Х^2=4.3148,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved method in neonatal injected intradermally. BCG,and no leakage, no exudate,size Picchu meet vaccination requirements,the advantages of vaccination success rate.
