摘要
目的:探讨在胶原膜包绕情况下,骨缺损内填充自体静脉血凝块和异体骨成骨作用的比较。方法:利用兔桡骨缺损模型,采用配对设计,一侧用自体静脉血凝块填充,另一侧用异体骨填充,通过骨密度测量和剖面观察,判断骨缺损愈合情况。结果:两组之间愈合情况无统计学差异。
Objective:To compare the osteogenic effect of autologous blood clot with that of bone allograft.Methods:Thirty five rabbits were used to establish standard bone defect (radius defect of 10mm).The defects of right and left lateral radius were respectively stuffed with autologous blood clot and bone allograft,and then collagen membrance was wraped round them.The radius defect areas density,biochanical anti torsion strength and longitudinal section were examined so as to evaluate the healing of the bone defects.Results:There was no significant difference in the bone regeneration between the autologous blood clot and bone allograft.Conclusion:The blood clot may be used as a substitute for the bone allograft in long bone defect.
