介绍沈丕安教授治疗白塞综合征的临床经验。认为本病病机为肝肾内损,奇经八脉失于充养,以致湿热毒邪内侵,瘀热阻络;治疗宜补益肝肾、清热利湿、化瘀解毒。并附验案1则。

This article introduces Professor Shen Pi＇an＇s clinical experience in the treatment of Behcet＇s disease.Professor Shen holds that the pathogenesis of Behcet＇s disease is liver-kidney deficiency,and malnutrition of eight extra meridians,resulting in dampness-heat,blood stasis and heat.So its treatment should focuse on nourishing liver and kidney,clearing heat,dissipating dampness and resolving blood stasis.One proven case was presented.
