摘要
紧固件应用于单层柔性屋面系统的机械固定,保证系统在长期动态风荷载作用下的安全性和稳定性。结合对系统受力和长期表现的分析,提出了选择、设计和应用紧固件的5大要素:绝对拉拔力、旋出扭力、抗松动性能、抗弯折性、抗腐蚀性,旨在推动产品的标准化。
The fasteners are widely used on mechanically fastened single ply flexible roofs to provide the roofs with safety and stability under long term dynamic wind load.Based on stress analysis and long term behavior of the system,the article points out 5 factors need to be considered while choosing,designing and applying fasteners： absolute pull strength,back-out torque,anti-loosening,ductility,anti-corrosion.
