摘要
目的；研究褪黑素对ＨｅＬａ细胞的生长影响。方法：通过生长曲线，集落形成试验，分裂指数实验观察褪黑素对ＨｅＬａ的影响作用。结果：应用褪黑素前后生长曲线，集落形成试验，分裂指数实验的结果有明显差别。结论：褪黑素对ＨｅＬａ细胞的生长有抑制作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of melantonin on the growth of HeLa cells in vitro.Methods:Growth curve,colony-forming test and mitotic index were used to study the effect of melantonin.Result:Result of growth curve,colony-forming test and mitotic index showed that melantonin exerted inhibitory effect markedly on Hela cells and the effect became stronger as the concentration increased.Conclusion:Melantonin can inhibit the growth of Hela cells.
