LAK细胞对白血病多药耐药细胞的杀伤作用

摘要 目的:研究淋巴因子激活的杀伤(LAK) 细胞对白血病多药耐药细胞的杀伤效应。方法:采用改良的四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法检测LAK细胞对白血病多药耐药细胞株K562/VCR的杀伤率,并与敏感株K562 相比较。结果:LAK 细胞对K562/VCR 细胞的杀伤率明显高于对K562 细胞的杀伤率,并且当效靶比为40∶1 时,这种杀伤率最高。结论:LAK细胞在体外对白血病多药耐药细胞株具有显著的杀伤作用。 Objective:The experiment was designed to investigate the cytotoxic effects of lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells to leukemia multidrug resistance (MDR) cells. Methods: The cytotoxic effects of LAK cells on the leukemia MDR cell line K562/VCR were studied by improved 3?(4,5?dimethylthiazole?z?yl)?2,5?diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, and the result was compared with that of LAK cell to the leukemia parents cell line,K562. Results: The killing effect of LAK cells to K562/VCR is obviously better than that of LAK cells to K562.Conclusion:LAK cells are very effective in killing or eliminating the tumor cells of MDR in vitro .
