贲门癌280例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 280 Cardia Cancer Cases

为探索提高贲门癌手术切除率和生存率，280例贲门癌临床资料进行回顾性分析。本组非手术54例，手术切除195例，探查行例。切除率为86．28％，食管端癌残留11例，吻合口漏4例。结论：贲门病早期诊断，正确的术前估价，适当的手术径路是提高贲门癌治愈率的重要因素。

In order to increase the suopcal mection and stirvival rate, 280 cases of cnda cancer are snalyzed. Among them, 54 cases underwent no surgery, while 195 cases did, that is, the resection the is 86.28% .However, there were 11 cases in which careinoma esophagus still remained, and 4 cases in which leak occrmd. The conclusion is that eary and caret diagnosis, prope suopcal measares are the important factors in raising the success rate.
