中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎20例总结

Summary of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on 20 Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将40例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为95.0%,而对照组仅为85.0%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性胰腺炎疗效满意。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine for acute pancreatitis.Methods：40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 patients per group.The therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine was used in treatment group,and the conventional western medicine therapy in control group.Results：The total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group,while only 85.0% in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy integrated Chinese and western medicine is satisfactory for acute pancreatitis.
