摘要
本文介绍了唐钢1#板坯连铸机结晶器宽边足辊积渣、粘渣造成死辊,弯曲段辊子表面过热、发黑、粘渣、死辊造成铸坯表面纵向凹陷、裂纹等缺陷,采取了优化工艺参数、提高对弧精度、优化辊子结构、改善辊子润滑状况、改进辊面处理技术等一系列措施,延长结晶器、弯曲段辊子在线使用周期。改进后结晶器足辊的寿命是原来光辊的5倍以上,弯曲段在线由原来的7天已提高到15天。
The problems existing in the working process of the mould foot-roller and bending zone roller in No.1 Slab CC of Tang Steel are elaborated.Some investigation and measures are adopted,such as optimization of technical parameters,improvement of the arc accuracy,optimization of roller structure,perfection of roller lubrication situation,improvement of roller surface processing and so on.The on-line used life cycle of the mould foot-roller and bending zone roller has been prolonged with the measures.The feasibility and efficiency of modification are presented.
