In order to solve the problem of continuous casting roller failure caused by the introduction of conticaster thin roller closely-arranged technology,Baosteel Equipment Maintenance Department,proceeding from the quality control and cost reduction,successfully broke through the bottleneck which had influenced the running of continuous casting equipments in Baosteel for long time by the aid of ＂roller core and roller cover segregation repairing technology ＂.
