本文介绍了超大型热处理炉项目关键技术的应用情况,阐述了超大型台车式热处理炉的关键技术:采用了炉体供热和炉内气流循环技术,轻型防变形结构门框技术、炉车纵梁组合式焊接技术和工业炉专用控制系统。
The key technologies of super heat-treatment furnace is elaborated.The technologies of furnace body heat supply,airflow cycle inside furnace,light doorframe anti-deformation structure,combination type furnace carrier longeron welding and industrial furnace dedicated control are adopted.The application and matters needing attention of super heat-treatment furnace are described.
