摘要 传统的变频器性能测试方法测试结果误差大,测试周期长。故设计了一种新型变频器试验系统。该系统以数据采集卡和工业控制机作为硬件平台,LabVIEW作为软件平台,使用直流电机作为负载和可工作在4个象限的高性能控制器,实现对异步电机的动、静态性能测试,进而完成对变频器性能和参数指标的评定。LabVIEW灵活易懂的模块化程序开发环境,为试验测试系统的研究与验证提供了便利条件。 Since the traditional transducer performance testing method has a big error and long testing cycle,a novel transducer testing system is designed.The dynamic and static performance testing of the asynchronous motor was realized,and the assessment of the transducer's performance and parameters was completed by taking the data acquisition card and industrial control computer as the hardware platform,LabVIEW as the software platform,DC motor as the load,and adopting the high-performance controller which can operate in four quadrants.The agility and simple modularized program of LabVIEW makes the research and validation of the testing system more expedient.
