摘要
电机换向抽油机支架是关系到抽油机稳定性、动态特性以及系统可靠性等的关键部件,目前对其设计一般运用类比方法近似计算。本文所设计的超长冲程电机换向抽油机采用增程轮减小了机架的总体高度,以气缸和气包平衡装置增强了系统换向的缓冲性能。设计过程中对整体机架系统进行了运动学、力学分析,利用有限元法对机架结构方案进行了改进设计,计算了机架各阶模态的固有频率及其振型。设计结果满足现场需求。
The support framework of a motor-reversing type oil pumping unit is a key assembly related to stability,dynamic characteristic and sytem reliability of an oil pumping unit.Currently,the synectics approximation calculation is commonly adopted for its design.In system design process,the kinematics and mechanics analyses were performed for the whole support system.The frame structure is improved,and the natural frequency and vibration of every mode are calculated by finite element method.An extending-range wheel is adopted to reduce the overall height,and the balance device with cylinder gas package is used to improve the buffer performance of the system.The result of the design meets the site requirements.
