摘要
针对目前双线式分配器存在不能调节单个润滑点流量的问题,提出了一种用于调节单个润滑点流量的双线式分配器,通过构建了3个润滑站和1个控制系统的新润滑系统,实现了125 MN挤压机润滑系统自动润滑、定时润滑、自动补脂,提高了挤压机运行效率,减少了磨损和附加载荷。
The automatic lubrication system of 125 MN extruder was developed.A double-line distributor to regulate the flow of single lubrication point was proposed to solve the problem of the available double-line distributor which could not regulate the flow of individual lubrication point.The functions of automatic lubrication,timing lubrication and grease auto-filling were realized in the lubrication system of 125 MN extruder by constructing three lubrication ＂stations＂ and one control system.The efficiency of the extrusion was improved,and the wear and additional loads were reduced by the design.
