摘要
为验证莱钢炼钢厂100 t转炉扩容改造后的正常生产的安全性,利用三维软件对炉体进行建模,并通过对炉体重心和炉役后期结渣情况的分析,对扩容后转炉的倾动力矩进行了分析与计算,并对其安全性进行了核算,扩容后的新炉完全满足生产要求。
To verify the safety of the expanded 100 t converter of Laiwu Steel,the modelling of the furnace body was conducted with 3D software.The tilting torque and security of the expanded 100 t converter are analyzed and calculated in combination with the investigation of furnace body barycenter and slagging situations in the later stage of campaign.The calculated result indicates that the expanded converter can meet the requirement of production.
