摘要
介绍了先进的立磨减速机的结构型式及齿轮、轴承、箱体的设计方法;动压润滑平面推力轴承适用于中小型立磨机,启动时抬高磨辊的工况;带静压润滑的动压润滑平面推力轴承适用于大中型立磨机,启动时不抬起磨辊装置的工况;采用监控的供油系统对齿轮和轴承进行强制润滑。生产中该减速机的箱体不承受磨盘压力,节能降耗显著,使用情况良好。
The method to design the structure,gear system,bearing and housing of the advanced vertical mill reducer is introduced.A monitoring oil feeding system is adopted to perform the forced lubrication for gears and bearings.The housing of the transducer does not suffer the pressure from the abrasive disc during the production.The vertical mill reducers designed with the method have worked well.The design method can save energy and reduce power consumption obviously.
