摘要
介绍了冶金动力设备基础振动危害,总结了减振设计要点,提出了合理结构布置、减小振动输出、选择合适的基础形式、在设备四周设置防振沟和隔振装置等措施,以达到减振目的。并分析了振动事故处理的具体实例,为动力设备基础设计提供了参考。
The vibration hazard of metallurgical power equipments is described.The main point of vibration isolation design is summarized.The measures to make structural arrangement reasonably,decrease the export of vibration energy,choose appropriate equipmet foundation type,set up some anti-vibration ditches,vibration isolation units around the equipment are proposed to realize the perpose of vibration reduction.Some special examples of dealing with vibration accidents is analyzed.The analysis result provides a reference for the design of power equipment foundation.
