摘要
由武汉某生活污水受纳水体的底泥中筛选分离得到生活污水降解菌,并经紫外诱导后投加到生活污水中进行处理。结果发现,在紫外线诱导下,该降解菌在3 min和5 min时,紫外致死率分别达到85%和90%;经紫外诱导后分离的两株突变菌,对TN的降解率分别提高到61.21%和63.89%,对TP的降解率分别提高到93.06%和93.95,对COD的降解率从49.27%分别提高到56.41%和62.31%。诱变菌株具有一定的遗传稳定性,且增长速率也得到提高。结果表明,筛选得到的降解菌,经紫外诱导后可显著提高生活污水的降解率。
An exogenous degrading bacterium which was gained from receiving water of domestic wastewater was induced by UV to improve the treatment of domestic wastewater.Under 253.7 nm UV,the lethality rate of degrading bacterium reached 85% and 90% respectively when radiation times were 3 min and 5 min.TN removal rate increased to 61.21% and 63.89% with two mutant strains induced by UV while TP removal rate increased to 93.06% and 93.95% and COD removal rate increased to 56.41% and 62.31%.Induced strains had genetic stability and their growth rates were enhanced.
