摘要
在既经济又环保的情况下,建立一种对锰矿冶炼厂的锰残渣中锰进行萃取回收的方法,有着重要的意义。文章对聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)在不同的pH、萃取剂浓度、搅拌时间的条件下对锰的萃取效果进行了研究。研究结果表明,在萃取体系pH=2、聚环氧琥珀酸浓度为70 mg/g、搅拌时间为60 min,转速为600 r/min时,聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)对锰萃取率可达到89.08%。该研究为锰渣的萃取回收提供了基础性资料。
Establishment of a method of extracting manganese from its slag in manganese refinery is very significant for economic improvement and environmental protection.The effects of pH,polyexpoxysuccinic acid(PESA) concentration and stirring time on manganese extraction were studied.It was found that manganese extraction efficiency reaches 89.08% under the conditions of pH 2,PESA concentration of 70 mg/g and stirring time of 60 min with speed of 600 r/min,which would provide a foundation for extraction of manganese from its slag.
