摘要
文章利用不同种类的酸对粉煤灰进行了改性处理,并将制备的酸改性粉煤灰用于对含磷废水的处理。实验结果表明:原粉煤灰对含磷废水均有一定的除磷效果,当pH值在4~10,当反应时间40 min,粉煤灰投加量为70 g/L和80 g/L时,含磷100 mg/L的原水经处理后含磷量为0.60 mg/L和0.44 mg/L,分别达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB9878-1996)中二级和一级磷的排放标准。硫酸改性粉煤灰对含磷废水的处理效果有明显改善。酸改性粉煤灰投加量分别为7 g/L、10 g/L时,在pH值4~10范围内对含磷100 mg/L的进行处理,反应时间5 min后,出水中含磷量为0.68 mg/L和0.24 mg/L,分别达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB9878-1996)中二级和一级磷的排放标准。
Fly ash which was modified by various acids was used in the treatment of phosphorus-containing wastewater.Influence of various factors on the reactions was studied.Experimental results showed that fly ash was good at removing phosphorus from wastewater at pH from 4 to 10.Adding original fly ash 70 g/L and 80 g/L into the solution of containing 100mg/L phosphate after stirring and reaction for 40 min,the effluent can meet Grade II and I under the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of GB9878-1996.Removal rate of phosphorus had improved significantly when wastewater was treated by sulfuric acid modified fly ash.The acid modified fly ash was good at removing phosphorus from wastewater at pH from 4 to 10.Adding the acid modified fly ash 7 g/L and 10 g/L into the solution of containing 100 mg/L phosphate after stirring and reaction for 5min,the effluent can meet separately Grade II and I of GB9878-1996.
