摘要
通过几起典型的案例,介绍了扫描电子显微镜/能谱仪在盗窃、枪击、爆炸以及交通肇事等案件中的应用。扫描电子显微镜/能谱仪由于放大倍率、分辨率、灵敏度高,同时具有快速、简便、检材用量少且不破坏检材等特点,是刑事案件技术检验的重要工具。利用扫描电子显微镜/能谱仪检验微量物证的显微形貌、无机元素成分及各元素成分的相对含量、X-射线面的分布,可以达到定性定量分析的目的,揭露和证实犯罪事实真相。
The applications of SEM/EDS to the technical testing in criminal cases are introduced with representative examples.SEM/EDS are important instruments in criminal investigations becasue of their magnificent amplification power,high resolution and high sensitivity.Meanwhile they have the advantages of rapidity,convenience,micro amount samples and nondistructive analysis.SEM/EDS can examine microscopic morphology,inorganic elements and their relative contents,and X-ray spreading of micro amount material evidence,to realize the object of qualitative and quantitative analyses,and expose and verify the truth of the criminal cases.
